XPE/IXPE cross-linking

Polyethylene cross-linked foamed XPE/IXPE has better characteristics than PEF products, such as high foaming ratio, low density, thin thickness, smooth surface, high elasticity, high toughness, and easy secondary processing. XPE/IXPE products are known as pollution-free products in the world. During the production process of the products, they do not cause environmental pollution. After the products are used, they are easy to recycle and do not cause serious air pollution during incineration. EPS and PU products are easily weathered, difficult to recycle, and cause serious air pollution when incinerated. Therefore, products that must be packaged in XPE or EPE and EPP are allowed to be imported.

Relevant features of XPE/IXPE:

(1) Thermal insulation - its fine independent bubble structure can effectively reduce the energy exchange caused by air convection, and is suitable for making thermal insulation pipes and thermal insulation boards. It also has anti-condensation properties, making it ideal for use as a thermal insulation material in humid environments such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and cold storage.

(2) Cushioning property - its semi-rigid foam body will not lose its reducing performance after being strongly impacted, and it is used in the packaging of precision instruments, semiconductors, electronic products and other fields.

(3) Sound-absorbing property - It has the function of sound-absorbing and noise-reducing, and is suitable for sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing materials in strong noise equipment such as automobiles and motors and in the environment.

(4) Formability--(XPE/IXPE) has strong heat resistance, good ductility and uniform density, which can realize the forming of deep parts such as vacuum forming and thermoforming, so it can be used in automobile air-conditioning evaporation cabinets and automobile hot-pressed ceilings And other interior parts and shoe materials.

(5) In addition, XPE/IXPE also has the properties of non-toxic, odorless, chemical resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, halogen resistance and other kinds of chemicals, and it is very easy to process, can be cut arbitrarily, and paste with various materials. It has broad development prospects as a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials.

(2) Vehicle field: automotive interior decoration, ceiling, instrument panel, old cover, cooler, floor and other materials.
