Common problems in eva foam processing
Eva foam will encounter various problems in the production and processing process, such as: easy to cause debris and dust, difficult to discharge, and very easy to arc. The problems that eva foam often occur are as follows:
1. The punching process of this thickness of foam is very easy to cause debris and dust;
2. The arc is very easy to occur during the foam punching process (the circular blade film cutting arc is higher);
3. For some hole-shaped products, it is impossible to discharge waste (the diameter of the small round hole is too small, the thickness of the foam is very large, and the waste discharge is not easy to complete);
These are some of the problems we encountered during the processing of EVA foam. EVA foam has a high thickness, a certain degree of ductility, and low elasticity limit, which is very easy to dust. Because of the above characteristics of eva foam, the first three difficult problems will occur during the die-cutting process of eva foam.
