EVA characteristics:

EVA rubber-plastic insulation board is a new type of environmentally friendly plastic polyurethane foam material. It has the advantages of excellent buffering, earthquake resistance, thermal insulation, waterproof, chemical corrosion resistance, etc., and it is non-toxic and non-hygroscopic.

 

The grade of EVA foam:

Divided into six levels: C B A A 2A HR

Generally, the hardness of EVA is in the middle of 40-45 degrees, and the maximum hardness is guaranteed to be around 70 degrees. It can be customized according to customer requirements. Generally, B C2 grades of materials are applicable to the lining layer, and a variety of special tool box linings. Packaging seismic materials, etc.; the materials above Grade A are all high-elastic foams, which are mainly used for high-end finished products/export products, with few vents, thin and thick, symmetrical, environmental protection, and odorless.
