• Comply with and exceed applicable environmental, health and safety requirements and verify work performance through regular audits.
• Protect communities, workplaces and the entire environment based on our own environmental, health and safety standards, while flexibly meeting our business needs.
• Create a healthy and safe workplace to prevent work-related injuries and diseases. In order to achieve this goal, we emphasize the personal responsibility of each employee in safe work and require support from all levels of management.
• Promote environmental, health and safety policies, plans and issues to company employees and stakeholders.
• Properly install, manage and operate our manufacturing processes to ensure the safety of the workplace to the greatest extent possible and protect natural resources and the environment.
• Use new materials and processes to develop products, from design and manufacturing to customer use and scrapping, to minimize pollution during the entire life cycle of the product.
• Ensure that all employees understand their key roles and responsibilities in achieving the company's environmental, health and safety policy goals.
• Mobilize all employees to personally participate in health and safety activities.
