The bottom film is white pet protective film, the double-sided tape is the same as the foam, it is hollow octagonal, the upper silicone protective film is square with ears, and the silicone protective film is sticky, which is convenient for manual work. Quickly, add a pet protective film between the ears.
The production process for 2.0 thick silicone foam:
1. Compliant with the raw materials: the white pet protective film (base film), double-sided tape, 2.0 thick foam, and composite in turn.
2. According to the die-cutting machine, the commodity thread is punched, and the waste can be sucked out according to the air supply machinery and equipment.
The key link: tuned to the waste-absorption laser die, and the lower die seat of the die-cutting machinery is equipped with a waste discharge slot, which can effectively solve the difficulty of product waste removal, prevent small waste from sticking to the product, and also maintain the cleanliness of the production line.
3. According to the die-cutting machine, punch the outer frame of the product.

Key link: Foam products, the greater the thickness, the easier it is to carry the products when they are discharged. This can be improved according to the method of making tooling and fixtures, but it should be noted that the foam is easy to be destroyed when discharging waste. Or, in the production process of cutting and pressing the outer frame, a waste knife line can be added to disperse and discharge the foam waste.
5. Die-cut the outer frame of the silicone protective film with a die-cutting machine, with the inside of the ears.
6. Use the laminating machine to discharge the waste, and then use the computer automatic slicer to cut one piece.
The difficulty of 2.0-thick silicone foam is that it is very easy to standardize the edges and skewed when the foam is cut and pressed, and it is very easy to push the product and destroy it when the waste is discharged. When the raw materials are matched, the release force and viscosity need to be considered.
