What chemicals are in polyurethane foam?
What is Polyurethane Foam
Polyurethane is the abbreviation of polyurethane, the English name is polyurethane, referred to as PU foam
Foam is divided into PU foam, anti-static foam, conductive foam, EPE, anti-static EPE, PORON, CR, EVA, bridging PE, SBR, EPDM, etc. PU is polyurethane, PU is the abbreviation of poly urethane in English, Chemical Chinese name: Polyurethane. It has a series of characteristics such as convenient use, free bending, ultra-thin volume and reliable performance.
Polyurethane foam:
Polyurethane is an emerging organic polymer material, known as the "fifth largest plastic", and is widely used in many fields of the national economy because of its excellent performance.
General advantages of polyurethane materials: non-toxic and harmless
feature:
• Very good shielding effect at low pressure, the shielding effectiveness exceeds 90dB.
• Flexible and lightweight.
•Anti-corrosion nickel coating provides protection against galvanic corrosion.
• Low surface contact resistance.
• Quick pressure-sensitive fixation.
•Customer can specify length.
• Numerous section options.
• UL class fire protection.
Can be pasted with Mylar (Valet double-sided tape) product quality is stable,
Heat-resistant pressure, not easy to fall off, high tensile strength,
After the product is installed, at a low temperature of -20 °C to a high temperature of 80 °C,
The quality of the cycle test is still maintained for 72 hours.
It has the advantages of convenient use, free bending, ultra-thin volume,
Reliable performance and a series of characteristics.
conductive foam
The conductive foam wraps the conductive cloth on the flame-retardant sponge. After a series of treatments, it has good surface conductivity and can be easily fixed on the device to be shielded with adhesive tape. Shielding materials with different cross-sectional shapes, installation methods, UL ratings and shielding effectiveness are available.
Conductive foam can be divided into: aluminum foil cloth foam, conductive fiber cloth foam, gold-plated cloth foam, carbon-plated cloth foam, etc. Widely used in PDP TVs, LCD monitors, LCD TVs, mobile phones, notebook computers, MP3, communication cabinets, medical instruments and other electronic products as well as military and aerospace fields
